18. Prohibition on Traffic :
No entry or walking or driving shall be allowed in the reserve since the sunset (twi light) to the sunrise (dawn),
without the written permission from the warden if he/she has present, if the warden has absent then from the assistant warden and if both them has absent then of an employee assigned by the Government of Nepal.
